Shandong Cooming Solar PV Co., Ltd. (Group) is a new high-tech enterprise engaging in developing, manufacturing and selling solar photovoltaic and solar-thermal products & systems. Founded in Zouping, Shandong province in April 2006, it has 530 employees and covers an area of 30 acres with registered capital of 30 million RMB. The company is dedicated to the research and development of new energy and related products. Cooperated with Zhongzhuo Energy Investment Ltd, it establishes "Starting low carbon lifestyle with Zhongzhuo-Cooming" as core brand philosophy and devotes itself to renewable energy industry including energy saving, emission reduction, resources integration, and etc.. At present, it has 6 subsidiary companies: Zhongzhuo-Cooming Low Carbon Energy Technologies Ltd., Cooming International (Laizhou) PV Ltd., Cooming Asia-pacific (Beijing) Technology Ltd., Shandong Cooming Solar PV Co., Ltd., Shandong Cooming New Materials Ltd., and Shandong Aoruisi Foods Ltd. Thus, Cooming is striding forward to a large group company in coverage of new materials R&D, solar energy, central air conditioning, ground-source heat pump, national-level electricity generation, solar heating, and ecological agriculture.

From year 2006, Cooming has been continuously investing 300 million RMB to launch the 3-stage PV power project: the completed first stage was for solar modules with annual output of 100 MW and total value of 1.5 billion RMB; the second stage is for 50 MW solar cells and 150 MW solar modules which starts production in 2012; the third stage is for 150 MW solar cells. The whole project will be complete in 2013 and reach a total production value of 4 billion RMB. At the meantime, Cooming has made great efforts in solar-thermal field. It owns a series of s solar water heaters and ground-source-heat pumps with its own brand, and has an annual capacity of 7 million vacuum solar collecting tubes.

Cooming's products are widely welcomed all over the world. It has passed ISO9001, ISO14000, ISO18000, and Energy Saving Certifications. To develop the international market, it has also passed CE, ROSH, TUV (IEC61730), and UL (UL1730) certifications. Dedicated to product development, Cooming has obtained 12 invention patents from the State Intellectual Property Office.
